Does the parcel require a signature?

For security reasons all UK parcels are sent requiring a signature from the customer upon arrival. International customers who select the secure delivery option will be required to sign for their parcel upon arrival.

Any UK customers who do not want to sign for their parcel upon arrival must state this in the order notes at checkout or email the company after placing an order stating their intentions. The parcel(s) will then be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard, free of charge. Although the company will always make every effort to ensure the safe arrival of your order, any non-signature parcels that go missing in the post will not be insured by the company and a refund will not be offered.

Can I return my order?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of arrival. All items returned to us must be in re-sale condition with tags still attached, unless there is a fault with the garment (a manufacturing defect e.g. rip, tear, mark).

Returning a non faulty item

  1. If you wish to return your non faulty order you must first email the company to request a returns and exchanges form.
  2. Once this is completed you must send back the product(s), with the form, to the address found on the form. You can either include the completed form in the parcel or email it back to us at hello@morcant.co.uk (we advise all customers to consider this option before printing).
  3. A member of the Morcant team will then inspect the returned product upon arrival to ensure it meets the outlined criteria. If we are happy that the product can be re-sold we will send a full refund to you, please allow some time for this to arrive back in your bank. You will be notified as soon as the team have inspected your return and a refund has been issued.

General Queries:

Can I be a promoter for Morcant?

At Morcant we undergo a meticulous decision process to select our brand influencers. We would tend to approach our influencers after we have agreed in-house that they will provide the best representation for our brand. If you feel you could be an asset to the company, providing influence to your peers and followers, style inspiration that matches our ethos and high quality imagery for use on our social media stream, then we would love to hear from you. Please contact us via email at hello@morcant.co.uk.

Can I model for Morcant?

We love the opportunity to work with new people, whether you’re an experienced model or a new and aspiring model. We aim to create work to benefit both parties during every shoot, providing our models with high quality portfolio shots as well as gaining great content for our website and social media streams. We generally approach our models after a meticulous selective process but if you think you suit our style and would love to work with the team, please feel free to contact us via email - hello@morcant.co.uk. The team can then send you our model questionnaire and evaluate your application.

Brand Ethics:

How do you ensure ethical manufacturing?

We pride ourselves on the knowledge that all of our garments are produced within fair and safe environments. All of our products are originally sourced from factories with WRAP or Oeko-Tex certification, with many also part of the FairWear agreement. Read our Corporate Responsibility page for more info.

How do you work sustainably as a brand?

We realise that even as a startup business we have a part to play in the environmental challenges faced by this generation. This is especially true in the current fashion climate. As a brand we have implemented various processes and strategies to help us maintain and continuously reduce our environmental impact. This includes our use of local UK suppliers and manufacturers whenever possible, our plastic-free packaging and our organic collection of clothing. We always produce high-quality garments that are made to last and our latest collections focus primarily on classic designs which won’t go out of fashion.  Read our Corporate Responsibility page for more info.

Do you contribute to charity and the community?

We endeavour to use a portion of all our profits to aid our local communities and support charities close to our hearts. As the director of Morcant  received a life saving liver transplant, we have chosen to support Transplant Sport, with a percentage of all profits made. This is only one way we hope to help and support charities and people within this community. We ask all of our customers and anyone reading this to consider joining the organ donation register and discussing their intentions with family and friends, as without the generosity of one family this company and the team would not be here today.

On top of this we try to support the local community, often networking and working with local models, manufacturers and influencers.

Why do you have a wolf as your brand emblem?

The wolf represents strength, loyalty, resilience and nature. Not only do they support each other faithfully as part of a pack, they also show true vigour away from the crowd. They are admirable creatures who have stood the test of time, forming the basis of many timeless classics. For these reasons and many others we are proud to represent ourselves through the wolves silhouette. Be the wolf among sheep and join the Morcant pack today.
